Bruce Knooihuizen, chief financial officer, SVP and treasurer of Rackspace will present at the Oppenheimer & Co. Annual Technology, Media & Telecommunications Conference in Boston on Wednesday, August 11 at 3:10 p.m. EDT. Jonathan Bryce, co-founder, The Rackspace Cloud, will be participating on the Cloud Computing Panel at the Oppenheimer & Co. Conference on Tuesday, August 10 at 2:40 p.m.

Cloud Computing Integrates Next-Gen Databases

Jonathan will be presenting at Cloud Expo at the Javits Center in New York.  The section entitled, “Next-Generation Databases: Where Do They Fit in Your Environment?”

He was the person at Rackspace that was responsible for creating The Rackspace Cloud. The Rackspace Cloud is the home of Cloud Sites, Cloud Files and Cloud Servers, providing enterprise-grade hosting and storage services.  Cloud computing truly is the next generation for databases.
