Terremark Cloud to Discuss First Quarter Results

Terremark Cloud Hosting will hold its quarterly conference call on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. ET. The Company will discuss results for the quarter ended June 30, 2010, as well as the outlook for the second quarter of Fiscal 2011. The Terremark cloud servers have greatly changed the way that we look at cloud hosting and should be a good chance to learn more about what Terremark is going to change in the cloud computing world.

Microsoft is positioning ‘Application Platforms‘ as the ideal way to package their technologies for rapid business solutions.

However as the Aberdeen report Securing Unstructured Data (33 page PDF) highlights these tools bring with them increased security risks.

Rackspace Cloud Hosting Conference Call – Second Quarter Results

Rackspace will announce its second quarter 2010 financial results on Monday, August 9, 2010, after the close of the financial markets.  Due to the growth in the cloud hosting area this may be a good call to be on to find out more about upcoming cloud hosting predictions and what has happened with Rackspace cloud hosting in the past quarter.

Rackspace management will host a conference call with the financial community to discuss the results starting at 4:30 p.m. EDT, 3:30 p.m. CDT, 1:30 p.m. PDT. Lanham Napier, president and chief executive officer, and Bruce Knooihuizen, chief financial officer, will host the call.
